Contact Alpha AI
Status: Alpha AI is pre-launch. There is no app or customer account yet, so most questions are about the waitlist, the company or press.
The best way to reach us is by email at info@alphaai.site. That one address handles everything: waitlist questions, privacy requests, press, partnerships and security reports. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
What to email us about
- Waitlist questions. Not sure you signed up, or want to use a different address? Tell us the email you used.
- Removing your email. Write from the address you signed up with and ask to be removed. You can also unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
- Privacy requests. Ask what information we hold about you. Today, that is at most a waitlist email address.
- Press and interviews. Tell us your publication, your deadline and what you would like to cover.
- Partnerships. Briefly describe your organization and the idea.
- Security reports. Use the subject “Security”. Our security page explains what to include.
- Impersonation and scams. If someone claims to be Alpha AI and asks for money, crypto or a password, forward it to us.
Tips for a faster reply
- Use a clear subject line, such as “Waitlist removal” or “Press: interview request.”
- Include the email address you used for the waitlist, if it is about the waitlist.
- Don’t send passwords, ID documents or payment details. We will never need them.
Answers to common questions
Can I use Alpha AI now?
Not yet. Alpha AI is being built and isn’t available to the public. The best way to hear when early access opens is to join the Alpha AI waitlist.
When will Alpha AI launch?
There is no launch date yet. We will email the waitlist when early access is ready, and we won’t announce a date until we are confident in it.
How much will it cost?
Pricing hasn’t been set. A free option is planned, and plans will be published before launch. Nobody will be charged without clear notice.
Which models will Alpha AI use?
Alpha AI is being built around the planned Alpha model family. Alpha will route tasks to specialized models, some built on open-source foundations. The models page explains what each planned model is for.
Is this the same as other companies called Alpha AI?
No. Several unrelated businesses use similar names. Alpha AI lives at alphaai.site and is built by Alpha Intelligence.
Who you are contacting
